Microsoft in an effort to help bring into being that decentralized future is hoping to make Decentralized IDs.I do find it ironic that the push towards decentralization would come from a heavily centralized vendor. The eccentric Grimes sold 6 million dollars worth of various digital art and music in mere minutes. NFTs are more than just 3D renders at the end of the day. For creators and their fans, they are a validation of the effort that went into a digital piece in the first place. Whether or not they are a bubble is yet to be seen. I personally believe it will depend on how much people innovate in the area and the effort put into easing usability in the blockchain ecosystem. (482 words)
